Complete the claim form within 30 calendar days from date of purchase – we will ask you to upload proof of purchase and supply details of the product that you have purchased, including picture of the serial number from the device
Once all the relevant information has been checked, you will receive your Nespresso machine within 30 days of the claim being approved.
